A Study Protocol on Assessment of ECG and Echocardiography Changes in Stroke Patients

Background: Ischemic stroke is accountable for about 80% of the first episode cerebrovascular accidents. Cerebrovascular accident due to intracerebral hemorrhage described as an abrupt onset clinical signs central nervous system dysfunction resulting from focal collection blood inside ventricular or brain parenchyma, which not caused by trauma. Stroke reported most common cause mortality in developed countries after cardiovascular problems. In accidents, ECG changes like ST-T changes, QT prolongation, abnormal U waves etc have been reported. Also 2D echocardiographic patients. This study aims assess different electrocardiograph and echo patterns cases their prognostic importance.
 Objectives: To variations Electrocardiogram Echo patients rule out end organ insufficiency vital organs.
 Methodology: will be a Prospective Cross-Sectional study. About 200 accidents reporting Dept Emergency Medicine at AVBRH included this All undergo 12-lead electrocardiography, time arrival hospital. CT scan/MRI performed within half hour Department. After management stroke, ECHO performed. Data all analysed with appropriate statistical packages.
 Expected outcome: A Significant correlation expected between stroke.
